Free issue of shuttle cocks: Every half an hour
Guests: Not more than two guests at a time and not more than three times a month. Name of
the member introducing the
guests with membership number and full names of the guests to be entered in the register
book kept separately in the
badminton section. The member should be present in the section till his/her guests depart.
Guest charges: Rs. 150.00 per guest per session per day along with the guest registration at
the reception.
Dress regulation: Sports attire and shoes
Procedure for discontinuing the facility: A request letter addressed to the Hon. Secretary
has to be given at least one
month prior to 30th June or 31st December, the Dates for stoppage of billing.

Club) brought and consumed will attract corkage at Rs. 100.00 per liter.

PARTY HALLS:
Procedure to be followed for booking: Members who want to book Party Halls for functions
should apply to the Office
Manager in the prescribed form. These forms will be made available in the Office as well as
Reception. During Office
hours the Members are requested to fill up the forms and hand over the same to the Manager
along with the Cheque / cash
for advance payment and obtain receipt. After office hours, they may give the form to the
Receptionist and obtain the
receipt.
Party halls are not available for Marriages, Marriage Engagements and Receptionists etc. No
decorations with flowers,
garlands or buntings are permitted inside the Halls. Nothing should be passed on the walls
or grills of the windows.
However, simple lighting of the area is permitted, and the members are requested to take
proper safety precautions on
installation. Playing of music is totally prohibited. Dress Code prescribed by the club is
applicable to guests also.

PARTY SESSIONS

In addition to reservation charges, the Members have to pay Rs. 100/- per head, based on the
number of guest for which
the venue is booked towards food, as advance and the same will be adjusted at the time of
final billing. Party bills
should be paid in full within 3 days of receipt of the bill without fail. The amount
pertaining to the party bills will
be reflected in the monthly bills of the members.
Cheques / cash pertaining to party bills should be paid separately. For menu planning
members may contact the Canteen
supervisor. Manager/Receptionist will assist the Members in this regard, No local liquor
from outside is permitted for
parties. However Scotch Whisky which is not available in the Club is permitted, in such
cases, Rs. 100/- as Corkage
charges will have to be paid per litre.
If a member brings more than 10% of the number of persons mentioned in the Reservation form,
suitable penalty will be
imposed.
Cancellation of Reservation:
Incase of cancellation of
Reservation, members are requested to inform in writing the
Manager/Receptionist within 48 hours from the time of commencement of the party. If a member
cancels the party within 24
hours of commencement of the party, to 50% of the hall charge will be charged and if it is
cancelled between 24 hours
and 48 hours of the commencement of the party 25% of the hall charges will be charged. The
party bills should be cleared
within 3 days. If the Party bills are not paid in time the penalty will be
imposed.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFICATION SMART CARD
It is mandatory for all members to be in possession of Club Membership Identification Smart
Cards for identification,
and use of Club facilities. Members, their spouses and dependents not in possession of Club
membership Identity smart
Card will be denied the use of Club facilities.

NOTICES:
All Notices including Notified Holidays shall be submitted to the Hon. Secretary for his
approval, before being placed
on Board with his signature. The Hon. Secretary shall be entitled to remove such notices
when he deems fit.
RESTRICTIONS ON CLUB EMPLOYEES WHILE ON DUTY;
Club Employees on duty are forbidden from leaving their located places of work and shall not
be sent as messengers, or,
on any work outside the Club premises.
OBLIGATION OF MEMBER'S SERVANTS:
The servants of Members when on the Club premises must obey the Hon. Secretary and Stewards.
Members should ensure that
their servants remain inside the Children's Park area and do not stop into other areas.
DISCLAIMER OF CLUB'S RESPONSBIILITY FOR PROPERTY OF MEMBERS
The Club shall not be responsible for any property that the Members, or, their guests may
leave on the Club premises.
DAMAGE TO CLUB PROPERTY:
Any Member willfully breaking or damaging any article belonging to or in use of the Club
shall pay five times the cost
of any such article.
VEHICLES:
All Vehicles shall be parked in the Parking slots
provided. No Vehicle shall be parked inside the Club
premises or in front of the gate. Use of motor horn is strictly prohibited.
SUGGESTION BOOKS:
Members wishing to make suggestion may do so by entering them in the suggestion books kept
in the respective departments
or, by writing to the Hon. Secretary.
BUSINESS DISCUSSION:
The open discussion of business affairs with files, documents and/or laptops within the
premises of the Club is not
permitted.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted in the Badminton, Squash, Library, Dining hall, T.V. Room, Cards,
A.C. Bar, Billiards,
sections.
MOBILE PHONES :
Usage of Mobiles phones, except in office and Party halls, is strictly prohibited.
DRESS CODE:
At the Club premises the Members and guests shall follow the following instructions:
Not to wear :
Sleeve less T-shirts/Banians with or without collar (Except in Health Club & Sports section)
Shorts (except in health Club, Terrace and sports sections) Members are permitted to wear
Shorts at Terrace till
alternate arrangement is made.
Hawai slippers & chappals.
Members, Associates & Guests to ensure that their dressing and accessories adheres to
standards of decency with due
respect to the values, expectation and sentiments of fellow members/associates and
families.
Candidates attending interviews before the Executive Committee for membership:
Candidates who have applied for membership of the club, who are requested to appear before
the Executive Committee for
an interview along with their proposer/seconder shall appear in Lounge Suit, Safari National
Dress-Buttoned up coat up
to the neck and pants.,
The same dress code applies to the EC Members as well.
